QISMAT Academy is an initiative of the Muslim Youth League, Kottakkal Municipal Committee, dedicated to providing free, high-quality IT and media education to marginalized communities. We empower underprivileged and talented students through scholarships, mentorship, learning resources, and a supportive environment. The Delhi Community Transformation Project is our flagship initiative running in Noor Nagar, one of Delhi's most underserved urban localities. Through a structured, free-of-cost curriculum, we bring STEM education, digital literacy, and essential life skills directly to children and young adults who lack access to quality schooling.
Our trained educators and industry mentors deliver weekly classes covering foundational computing, digital tools, spoken English, and civic awareness. Monthly assessments track progress, while one-on-one mentorship sessions help students overcome personal and academic challenges.
The initiative actively engages parents and local community leaders through monthly town halls, creating a shared commitment to education. Since its launch, the project has transformed hundreds of lives and continues to expand its reach across Noor Nagar's residential clusters.
The Kottakkal AI Literacy Mission is a forward-thinking program designed to introduce Artificial Intelligence to students, teachers, and community members in Kottakkal, Kerala. Developed in collaboration with the Muslim Youth League and local academic institutions, this mission brings the future of technology to those who need it most.
Participants take part in hands-on workshops, guided lab sessions, and real-world project challenges that break down the complexity of AI into accessible, practical knowledge. Topics include machine learning fundamentals, AI tools for daily productivity, ethical considerations in AI, and how AI can be applied to solve community-level problems.
The program is designed to be fully inclusive — welcoming participants with no prior technical background. Our goal is to position Kottakkal as a model for grassroots, inclusive technological literacy across Kerala.
